1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ciavore website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Company Information

Ciavore is a fashion brand based in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. For enquiries, please contact our Concierge team through the website or via WhatsApp.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Prices are in euro and are final. No VAT is charged on sales through this website.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. For orders delivered within Bulgaria, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Orders are confirmed via email. The contract is formed upon dispatch of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the 34 countries listed at checkout: the 27 EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco and San Marino. Every piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are 1-2 business days for Bulgaria, and 3-7 business days for international destinations. Complimentary shipping is included for all orders. 6. Returns and Refunds

You may return unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Ciavore and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciavore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
