Shipping
Where do you ship?
34 countries in Europe: the 27 EU member states, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco and San Marino. The list at checkout is the same list.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are 1-2 business days for Bulgaria, and 3-7 business days for international destinations. Complimentary shipping is included for all orders.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. A size can be exchanged while that size is in stock.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. Delivery is included, to Bulgaria and to every country at checkout.

Where are your clothes made?
Every garment is cut and sewn in Bulgaria. What each fabric is, and where it comes from, is on the page of that garment.
How do I choose the right size?
The page of each garment lists its measurements. The patterns are cut to one body: 165 cm, 52 kg. Compare your own measurements with the ones on the page of the garment you want.
Payments
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Ciavore never sees or stores your card details.
How can I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Cash on delivery is available in Bulgaria.
